KLYMO (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect on klymo.tech, why we process it, how we use cookies, and what rights you have.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is KLYMO, an AI automation agency based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

2. What data we collect
Contact details you provide voluntarily through our lead and contact forms: name, email, phone number.
The content of your requests: messages in the chat with our AI assistant Klira, form submissions, and data from phone conversations with our assistant Klym.
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source, and cookies.
3. Why we process data
To respond to your request and provide a consultation or service.
To set up and maintain the AI solutions you order.
To improve our website and service quality using anonymized analytics.
To send informational or marketing messages — only if you have given consent.
4. Legal bases for processing
Your consent (e.g., for analytics and marketing cookies).
Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (handling your inquiry).
Our legitimate interest in website security and service improvement.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use three categories:
• Necessary — enable core site functions (language choice, security). Always active.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga, _gid) help us understand how the site is used. Enabled only after your consent.
• Marketing — for future advertising tools. Enabled only after your consent.
We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics and marketing scripts do not load until you consent. You can change your choice anytime via the consent banner or your browser settings.
6. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted services required to run the site and deliver our services:
• Google (Analytics) — anonymized web analytics; Vercel — website hosting; n8n and Twenty CRM — inquiry processing; Telegram — notifications to our team.
• AI technology providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs) — to power the Klira and Klym assistants.
All providers are required to maintain appropriate data protection.
7. How long we keep data
We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. Inquiries and contact data are kept for the duration of our cooperation and a reasonable period afterward. You may request earlier deletion.
8. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
